Job Duties and Responsibilities : 

Collaborate with Sales team to serve as an industry expert in analysis of risk and opportunities in Sales process and ensuring prospects meet a successful, satisfied NISC member profile. Collaborate with Professional Services to serve as an industry expert and technical reviewer to ensure Sales commitments are attainable and achievable. Serve in oversight of feedback loops for prospects and Members by analyzing and advising to provide trends, priorities, and root causes to make internal business decisions across the organization. Lead internal efforts to identify and expand NISC value proposition. Collaborate with Marketing Communications to seek opportunities in the industry to increase Member utilization, Member satisfaction, and market position. Serve as a leader and collaborator in identifying, seeking ownership, and closure of prospect and Member challenges with a strategic focus of continuous improvement while eliminating recurring instances. Serve as an NISC representative with industry associations to continue to retain their endorsement and recommendation as a progressive technology partner. Proactively and strategically engage in the industry to ensure NISC alignment and support with other industry partners to increase Member utilization and success. Serve as internal stakeholder in creating and maintaining the NISC member profile, which supports a satisfied and successful partnership. Commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:

10+ years of related experience preferred. Mastery level knowledge of business-related software applications and services. Mastery level knowledge of the Utility and/or Broadband industries. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Superior telephone/email etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with Member/Customers. Superior research and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Superior ability to troubleshoot. Excellent ability to mentor others. Superior level ability to demonstrate initiative & accountability. Superior ability to multi-task and time manage. Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position. Superior presentation and training skills.

Education Preferred:  
 
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
