Summary
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System located in Spartanburg, SC is seeking to hire FULL TIME Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Anesthesia- Acute Pain Service team. The APPs will be part of an acute pain management service at Spartanburg Medical Center - Church Street (SMC) and Spartanburg Medical Center - Mary Black campus (MB). New graduates will only be considered with prior OR or Critical Care experience. Highlights of the opportunity include:
7 on/7 off: 7am - 3pm in house and 3pm - 7am beeper call Monday - Friday:assisting with preoperative nerve blocks for surgical anesthesia and/or postoperative pain controlrounding on inpatientsseeing consults and assisting physician with any associated proceduresmaking follow up phone calls to outpatients and discharged patientsdocumentation of services providedbeeper callSaturday - Sundayrounding on inpatientsseeing consults and assisting physician with any associated proceduresmaking follow up phone calls to outpatients and discharged patientsdocumentation of services providedbeeper call Assisting the anesthesiologist with the following procedures:catheter placement and management for acute painsingle shot nerve blocks for acute paininitiation and management of intravenous ketamine/lidocaine infusions for acute painExceptional Compensation Package Including:
