What you’ll do:

Follow all policies, procedures, and requirements in addition to all state and federal laws and regulations, including Regulation CC, the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP)Regulation CC, the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA PatriotAdminister daily FIS Tracker processes; upload/download daily ACH items received and originatedProcess all daily batch control jobs in the processing systems related to ACHProcess exceptions to these jobs systematically or manuallyAnswer inquiries pertaining to ACH with follow-up and create Salesforce casesProcess stop payments, voids, death notices, reclamations, and unauthorized transactions for ACHMaintain records retention requirements for ACHResponsible for timely and accurate processing for all itemsWork with other areas to resolve issuesOther duties as assigned

What do you need?

Previous customer services experienceStrong problem solving skillsDetail OrientedBanking background/previous working experience in the Banking/Financial Industry2+ years previous working experience with ACHKnowledge of NACHA rules, SEC codes and Prenotes

Technology Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsPrevious experience with FIS systems such as ACH Tracker, IBS and FCM reportingPrevious experience with Softphone
