This position requires relocation to the Gulf Coast and all relocation expenses will be reimbursed by the bank.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail bank branch operations

- Oversee staff and ensure efficient and effective customer service

- Analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals

 

**Essential Job Functions:**

- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team

- Analytical skills to interpret financial data

- Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
