Seasonal Unarmed Security Guard (Woods Hole/Falmouth area)

Compensation: $/hr (Fri & Sat 8p-2a)


Responsibilities

Our Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety in various commercial environments, and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities onsite. 

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Foot patrol of premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Vehicle patrols (must be + per Fleet Management Program) on assigned sites. Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property. Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts Must be able to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions. Must be able to work well in a team and with the public. Must have good judgment, common sense, and the ability to act quickly in an emergency. Reliability, dependability, and punctuality. Fluency in English, strong verbal skills, and ability to communicate clearly.
Qualifications

E DUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Completed High School Diploma or GED Must be + 

Desired Qualification of the Security Officer:

Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
