Integrated Business Planning Manager

We're seeking a Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) Manager to be part of Husqvarna NA Forest & Garden division, which is responsible for reviewing and integrating Portfolio & Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain strategies. This role focuses on reviewing and designing processes and ways of working that ensure proper synergy, collaboration, and integrated internal results and efficiency, thereby driving a great customer experience.
As the CBP Business Unit Manager, you will report directly to the Business Unit President, ensuring alignment between business functions and the execution of our strategies through our business plans, thus providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's operations and customer experience. This position requires a combination of tactical thinking, leadership acumen, and an excellent
understanding of the business.
What You Need to Know:
Execution of the CBP process:
Proactively identify and prepares options for how to solve unique and complex cross functional business planning problems for the BU in scope Collate data and presentations for the different reviews, put together agenda with recommendations, discuss and draw out the issues, facilitate meetings and required decisions, take the outcome of the reviews and ensure actions are taken, links up with the other “CBP BU Leads” to ensure co-ordination and resolution of the issuesStakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
Act as a key liaison between various business functions and stakeholders to foster collaboration and to ensure a synchronized and collaborative planning approach Foster a culture of communication and collaboration to enhance cross-functional understanding and cooperationMonitoring & optimization of the CBP process:
Implement agreed continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, robustness and agility of the CBP processDesign & Implement the CBP process:
Participate in the development and design of the CBP process, tailored to the needs of the entire division globally, delivering business results through proactive management of gaps to our targets and strategy Participate in the implementation of the new CBP process and strategy for all business units and functions globally (product, marketing, sales, operations, finance, people and the leadership team) and lead the implementation, through sub-projects/streams, for the BU in scope Educate and support all relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone understands and engages to expectationsAs the leader of collaborative business planning, you will work closely with the business heads of the organization, educating them on new processes and ways of working, and following up on the effectiveness and results. Constantly report on the development of the planning, highlighting possible gaps and opportunities for improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or supply chain management is required. We value proven experience in international, cross-functional business roles, including finance planning, supply chain, business planning, or management You are curious, highly skilled in project management, and enjoy working in an international, dynamic, and challenging environment. Your expertise should extend beyond international borders, thriving in a collaborative, cross-country setting. You will connect with diverse business areas and cultures, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving through the design, review, and integration of processes. The ideal candidate will have a mindset for driving project initiatives to successful outcomes, strong resilience, influencing through data and analytics. A keen analytical ability and problem-solving acumen are essential, particularly with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
