Job Description

For this role, you’ll be part of a Global team for one of our most dynamic and exciting clients at the agency.

As an Associate Director, Media Measurement and Reporting, you will report directly into the Global Reporting and Analytics Lead for the account, as well as having a few direct reports (Manager and Analyst Level) on the team. You will be a key member of the Analytics team responsible for campaign analysis & reporting across multiple Global work streams. Working closely with internal teams, including Media, Strategy, Data Governance, TAAG, you will need to understand media strategies and provide analysis to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of paid media campaigns. 

This is a relatively front-facing analytics role – The ideal candidate has strong experience in understanding many media analytics concepts and practices, but also as a strong communicator, constantly communicating with their analytics direct reports, as well as global and local agency teams and also client contacts

What You’ll Do:

Manage a team of analysts and managers on daily reporting, measurement and analytics tasks Build Global media reporting strategies, measurement frameworks, analytics models & setting measurement KPIs  Constant contact & collaboration with local market agency teams to gather media reporting, insights and analysis to then synthesize into a global summary  Constant contact & collaboration with global strategy and media teams in development of final client deliverables (strategy plans, data delivery, campaign reporting, measurement plans, etc) Assist local market agency teams with Global measurement and analysis requests Provide actionable insights and recommendations in collaboration with strategy and performance teams Collaborate with other Analytics teams (Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering/Dashboarding, etc) members on data efficiencies and analytics opportunities Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks to ensure local data sets are processing accurately in Global reporting platform Understanding of how to work large data sets from multiple sources to govern/clean the data

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Media, Analytics and related fields Foundational knowledge of Media buying/planning/activation Proficient skills using MS OfficeExcel: Pivot tables, common formulas (Vlookups, IF functions, etc)PowerPoint: Putting together client facing decks (campaign reporting, measurement strategies, etc) Conceptual understanding of many common media analytics & measurement conceptsBrand Lift Studies, Site Analytics MMM, Taxonomy Development, Conversion Tagging, TV Attribution, MTA, Creative Testing, etc Hands on experience measuring paid media performance Experience with data processing, governing/cleaning and visualization tools Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must  Proactive communicator – someone who is comfortable working with many team leads and staying on top of many communications on a day-to-day basis; someone who will proactively ask questions and seek answers An effective communicator – able to write clearly, speak professionally, and translate data analysis into insights that can be acted upon by strategists, planners, and buyers alike Comfort with working with large sets of media data – able to identify discrepancies in data sets. Able to reclassify and/or map values in data to follow custom account classification guidelines Understanding the purpose and value of taxonomies in data
