Required Skills and Education Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment involved in some combination of the following activities: planning, financial analysis, tracking and reporting, and project coordination. Minimum Work experience dealing with business objectives/KPI goal setting, (policy deployment) and project coordination. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Japanese language required. Moderate to strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Read, analyze, and interpret general business information and understand business trends through professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Capability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bi-lingual Japanese fluency required
  • Ability to work with and support team building including collaboration work across functions in a corporate environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Japanese language
  • 3+ years' relevant experience in corporate environment involved in some combination of the following activities; planning, financial analysis, tracking and reporting and project coordination.
  • Minimum Work experience dealing with business objectives/KPI goal setting, (policy deployment), and project coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Sound understanding of business objective/goal setting, Hoshin and project management.
  • Leadership experience (cross functional management)
  • Understanding of financial systems and/or processes a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • Majority of travel will be local
  • 10-30% business travel eventually, to start 0% to minimal travel
  • Travel destinations include – LA, TX, and MX.
