Summary
The Charge Registered Nurse is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. The Charge Registered Nurse participates in patient and family teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Aligned with Nursing Unit Leadership, the Charge Nurse coordinates the delivery of nursing care and provides leadership by working cooperatively with medical, ancillary and support staff in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Certifications
Current state licensure registration. Current BCLS for health care providers One year full time acute care experience in area of expertise. Other certifications as required by primary areaSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge and skills.#LI-AT1
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience:
Required: 1 year of RN experience.
Certifications:
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; AHA BLS.
