Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the leadership, oversight, and daily operations of a 99-bed facility.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility departments and services and ensure that compliance is ongoing.

  • Development and implementation of a facility management system

  • Monitoring and maintaining the facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations

  • Monitor monthly performance of facility about budget and intervene as needed,

  • Makes sure the facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, families, and staff according to company guidelines.

  • Complete required forms and documents following company policy and state and federal regulations.

  • Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Ohio)

  • Must be highly organized, professional & motivated

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare procedures and applicable policies

  • Extensive knowledge of current federal, state, local, and corporate guidelines and regulations governing management in long-term healthcare facilities.
