Job Summary

What You Will Do:

Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar, its products, services and customers.

Program Qualifications:

Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, PR, or related degree

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0 (no rounding)

Graduation date must be August 2025 and beyond

Must be willing & able to relocate to indicated work location for duration of internship and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation

Locations for this internship could be Peoria, IL; Cary, NC; Houston, TX; Seguin, TX; Irving, TX; Tucson, AZ or other locations throughout the US

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Previous experience/demonstrated abilities in Project Management

Previous industry and/or marketing operations experience is highly valued

What You Will Get:

At Caterpillar, our internship pay rates consider the number of completed semester credit hours. For Graduate level opportunities, the pay rate is determined by the type of degree you are pursuing (Master's or Doctorate) post receiving an undergraduate degree.

Intern Pay Range:

Undergraduate: $20.50 - $26.70 per hour

Graduate: $30.70 - $36.90 per hour
