Kelly Services has partnered with a global leader in the fastening industry since its founding in 1942. As part of their team in the automotive sector, we are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join them. This dual-role position combines strategic partnership with business leaders and hands-on HR operations, making it a vital part of the organization’s success.
Responsibilities:?
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding business goals and aligning HR strategies to support overall organizational success.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, coach managers on giving feedback, and ensure that individual and team performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with internal Talent Acquisition team.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they integrate well into the company culture.
- Ensure company policies are compliant with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Educate employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to enhance employee development and engagement.
- Support compensation strategy and ensure that benefits programs are communicated effectively and understood by employees.
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and recommend improvements in HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR, with a blend of HR Business Partnering and Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
