POSITION SUMMARY

Make the most of your outgoing personality, drive to succeed, and desire to not be stuck behind a desk by joining our Residential Sales team. Residential Field Sales Representatives are responsible for direct sales to residential customers of high-speed broadband services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sells WOW High Speed Broadband Services and bundled services to a residential customer in serviceable areasDrives to assigned area for purposes of knocking doors of non-WOW customers identified by routing sheets.Describes and demonstrates the features, benefits, and value of WOW product offerings, services, and billing procedures in the field.Exceeds company-established homes passed objectives, prospects, closing standards, and bundling objectives.Schedules customer installations in compliance with company policies and procedures.Identifies special wiring or hardware needs to ensure timely and efficient installations for our customers.Participates in the development and implementation of the business strategy.Completes sales order forms, documents, and reports as required in a timely manner.Effectively manage and prioritize schedule to consistently meet or exceed department sales standards.Works independently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly expectations and takes feedback from leadership and team to sharpen skills and efficiencies.Performs other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to build and maintain professional client relationshipsAbility to articulate and communicate to internal and external customersProfessional appearance and attitudeStrong verbal, written interpersonal, and listening skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesMust be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressureAbility to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessaryAbility to work on personal initiative and meet strict deadlines and sales objectivesAbility to self-motivateAbility to meet external demands, pressures and times scales
