Job Summary The Office Manager provides administrative, fiscal, and programmatic support for the Center for Accessibility Services. This position is responsible for oversight and management of departmental budgets including travel, purchases, charge card transactions, transfers, and reports. This position also assists in the coordination of ADA accommodations as requested by students, parents and visitors to campus. The Office Manager will provide general administrative support to the Director.Required Qualifications Experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting. Demonstrated fiscal experience including accounts payable, monitoring budgets and preparing financial reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills. Experience calendaring with Outlook. Proven ability to work with diverse populations. Proven ability to take initiative, work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated customer service skills Additional Considerations Experience working with individuals living with disabilities. Knowledge and understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 Knowledge of state and/or university policies and procedures Experience in higher education in a student support services environment.
