Dallas, United States Pavilion Construction Full time

At Pavilion, we embrace "BUILDING YOUR VISION." This translates to both building the physical assets our clients envision as well as building the careers of our employees. In joining Pavilion, you are joining a family of dedicated, hard-working professionals looking to advance their individual achievements in a forum where mentorship and achievement are rewarded with opportunity.

The Senior Project Manager is the cornerstone of the mentorship program for each region of Pavilion Construction. The SPM is a critical role model, a proven problem solver, and an effective leader. He or she is a skilled, experienced and empowered leader that our project management teams look to for guidance. The SPM is aware, available and engaged in the business interests of Pavilion Construction and understands that the Pavilion brand is dependent upon the quality and ongoing development of the personnel in their region.
