Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priorityMake Ready / Turning Units in between tenantsPainting/Staining both interior and exterior applicationsWorking hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget reviewManage and adapt a preventative maintenance programExterior structural maintenance as neededManaging coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phonePool maintenance Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairsAssist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projectsWhat You Need:
2+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 2+ years in multi-family housingHVAC Certification RequiredCPO Certification strongly preferredExperience managing/supervising 3+ employeesDry walling including painting and carpentryWorking knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipeWorking knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixturesWorking knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposalWater heater knowledge both electric and gas“A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
