ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists guests with locating items on or off the sales floor Receives, prepares, and fulfills guest orders and other special requests Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues by practicing the boomerang principal Ensures high standard of product quality control by inspecting, rotating, maintaining proper temperatures, and replenishing all meat products on display Supports teammates and positively contributes to the culture of the Meat Department Maintains proper inventory levels in Meat Department (containers, wraps, tags, etc.) Maintains food safety logs and leads by example through following Contributes to overall cleanliness of the department by picking up, organizing, and cleaning work areas, shelving, and sales floor as needed Ensures accurate pricing by placing the corresponding price and ingredient labels on each package Ensures all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm Other duties as assigned Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absencesQUALIFICATIONS

The Meat Service Counter Clerk is an hourly position that may be part-time or full-time. The shift to be worked will vary, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
