Required Skills

Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking Assistant Project Managers who are not only adept at managing drainage projects but are also up and coming leaders capable of inspiring teams and driving innovation

Professionals with 3-7+ years of experience in water resources engineering, demonstrating expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage facility design, and project management. Licensed Professional Civil Engineers in Texas, or candidates who can achieve licensure within 6 months, showcasing a commitment to professional growth and excellence. Exceptional communicators with proficiency in HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcPro, CAD (Civil3D or MicroStation), and familiarity with 2D Analysis (RAS 2D, XPSTRM, ICM), capable of leading teams and engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
