This role involvesworking closely with freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams to manage shipmentpickups, track orders, and ensure timely delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and schedule pickups with freight forwarders and customers.• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and address anyinquiries or concerns.• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.• Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities.• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions toenhance efficiency.• Provide support in handling any logistics-related emergencies or disruptions.• Monitor and forecast outbound and inbound transport, allocating resources to meet demand. EDUCATIONAL OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within a manufacturingenvironment.• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
