Title of Position Enrollment Communication Coordinator Posting Location Abilene Department Enrollment Marketing Employee Class Nonexempt Reduced Full-time Basic Responsibilities

● Coordinate and execute email and print campaigns. 

● Support recruiting efforts by sending daily event emails. 

● Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for printing, mailing, and shipping services. 

● Maintain marketing spaces, such as the mailroom, ensuring it is organized, well-stocked, and operates efficiently. 

● Monitor postage costs and budgets related to mail operations.

Essential Duties

● Recruit, train, and supervise a team of student employees involved in marketing and mail operations. 

● Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists to ensure accurate targeting.

● Utilize data analytics tools to track the effectiveness of mail campaigns. 

● Help monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. 

● Complete daily technical work on a computer, printer and other equipment.

Professional Development Requirements

● Bachelor's degree. 

● Strong project management and organizational skills. 

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Professional: 

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 

● Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to technology needs. 

● Knowledge of enrollment management software (Slate) is a plus. 

Personal:

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

● Willingness to adjust plan quickly 

● Comfortable in a collaborative space

Physical Demands

● Long hours sitting 

● Occasionally lifting boxes 

● Walking across campus
