We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a Business Intelligence (BI) harmonization project for our client. This role is crucial to the consolidation and transformation of BI tools across the organization, requiring a background in data engineering, BI tools, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing complex programs, influencing executive leadership, and driving change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end BI harmonization program overseeing the consolidation and transformation of business intelligence tools across the organization. Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of the program.

Technical Expertise:

Leverage a background in data engineering and experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Spotfire, Tableau, and other relevant platforms. Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed in the deployment and integration of BI solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing key decisions. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, risks, and issues.

Change Management:

Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new BI tools and processes across the organization. Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Data Engineering, and Business Units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of years of program management experience, ideally with a focus on BI tools consolidation and data engineering. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-visibility projects within complex organizations. Strong experience in managing change management initiatives, particularly in technology transformation projects.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of BI tools such as Qlik, Spotfire, Tableau, and experience with data engineering processes. Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive leadership.

Leadership and Influence:

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage with executive leadership. Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding teams through complex transformations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
