Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality primary care to patients of all ages
- Provide routine and emergency clinic care
- Promote health and preventative medicine
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Supervise and mentor colleagues as needed
- Participate in peer review programs and quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in community outreach and health education
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board certification in Family Medicine (or eligible to obtain within one year)
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
- USMLE licensing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- J1 visa candidates welcome; new graduates considered
