What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work with the Slalom Public and Social Impact Contracts Team to help us manage and oversee contractual vehicles and mechanisms with federal, state and local government clients. This includes the acquisition of new contract opportunities and vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations, negotiating contract terms, and partnering with markets to manage the overall process. The Contracts Team enables Slalom to compete more effectively in the market through expanded contract coverage, streamlined contracting opportunities, and effective risk and compliance management. This role is critical in helping Slalom grow its Public and Social Impact Business and will benefit markets across Slalom.

You will partner with the PSI Contracts Manager and take ownership of the administrative responsibilities for our multi-market contract vehicles. You may be asked to support special projects, such as audits, under the supervision of the PSI Contracts Director.

Assist in the review of Contract Vehicle opportunities including related RFP, SOWs and Terms & ConditionsCoordinate routing documents for signatures from stakeholdersSave and upload contract files in appropriate storage spacesAssists with contract review workshops with engagement teamsTake ownership of reporting obligations for designated contracts and partner with internal Slalom teams, contract managers, business owners and local markets to collate required informationAssist in maintaining contract templates with support from Slalom legal, contract managers and business ownersMonitor, manage and complete requests for contract templates from local marketsManage projects as needed under the direction of ManagerCollect and update repository data/ entry including executed SOWs, compliance reports and documentsNavigate ad-hoc contract requests from local marketsMonitor PSI Contracts Shared mailbox to triage requests and questions from local marketsEscalateContribute to the development of defined and maturing contract processes and training materials designed to support local market use of contract vehiclesAssist in contract and market research to enable further adoption of contract vehicle usage and expansion of contract coverage in US markets

What You’ll Bring

0-2 years of related experience in Contracts Administration, Subcontract Administration, or related working experience working with Public Sector clientsRequired Technical Skills: Familiarity of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Sharepoint, Adobe, ServiceNow, Ironclad CLMYou are detail-oriented, collaborative and motivated individual that will support the growth of Slalom's business while working with various Public and Social Impact pursuit teams across Federal, State, Local, Education and Non-Profit clients. You will be responsible for supporting all phases of the contract lifecycle while working alongside Slalom's key stakeholders.Your skills in project management, coordinating activity across multiple participants and competing priorities to meet completion of deliverablesExceptional communication skills including verbal and written skills that are clear, concise, and complete.Ability to operate independently, manage conflicting priorities and effectively use the time of yourself and othersAbility to work with a matrixed team across multiple time zones.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committedto fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $62,000 to 93,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
