We are seeking a regional manager who is self-motivated, reliable, has solar experience, and is willing to learn all that we have to teach.

Day to Day:

  • This is an in-home door to door position
  • Teach & train new sales representatives. This includes working the doors. You will teach by example
  • Manage your teams daily & weekly schedules
  • Interview & hire new representatives. Applicants are pre-scrubbed by the Tephra recruiting team prior to the interview process. 
  • Detailed reporting on your team's success. Create a plan for team members who are struggling. Overall management of your teams
  • Complete the close of new leads/sales

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar industries such as: Solar, Alarms, Fiber/Internet, Pest Control, Roofing, Home Upgrades
