Intake Coordinator for Mental Health Counseling Practice in in South Florida.

We are a mental health private practice with offices located in Davie, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Wellington, and Palm Beach Gardens, focusing on serving children, teens, and adults. Caring Therapists offers room for growth and is currently hiring for a position with varied responsibilities.

The job entails tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling electronic document exchanges with clients and verifying insurance benefits. Data entry and maintenance of databases are also part of the role.

To qualify for the position, applicants should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and have an easy-going, friendly personality. Familiarity with Google Workspace is necessary, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to it. Salesforce experience is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.

The requirements for the job include a high school diploma. The hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a paid 30-minute lunch break.

The compensation for the position is $17 per hour. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

The job is full-time, and the work location is remote.

Bilingual preferred.
