The Senior Stability Analyst is responsible for the support of pharmaceutical testing of a range of dosage forms both directly with customers and in collaboration with other Catalent facilities. This testing supports stability for pre-commercial and commercial drug products.
This is a full-time position: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

The Role
Develop and execute laboratory work plans for self and junior members of the team, using customer milestones and site standards and metrics Author and review technical documents such as protocols, test methods, text reports, certificates of analysis, and operating procedures as needed Train, coach, or mentors others on technical, personal development, or business issues Review technical documents for accuracy, thoroughness, and regulatory compliance Responsible as Project Director on one or more projects, with responsibility for project outcome and customer interaction Develop and execute efficiency improvement projects All other duties as assigned;The Candidate
Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree or PhD is preferred 9 or more years of experience required with a Bachelors degree, 6 or more years of experience is required with a Masters degree, and 2 or more years of experience is required with a PhD Ability to learn and retain technical information is required Subject matter expertise on data interpretation, application, instrumentations, and theory is required in at least one technique Ability to combine and interpret data from multiple disciplines is required Must be able to anticipate and identify unmet customer needs Working knowledge of a regulatory CMC filing package and analytical documentation is required Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds;Why you should join Catalent:
