POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and potential customers across the country. Leveraging advanced AI technology and marketing channels, you will receive leads and inquiries, assist clients with their mortgage needs, and provide relevant information. Your role is to build strong relationships, analyze financial situations, and offer suitable solutions in a high-call volume, fast-paced environment. While leads are provided, we encourage proactive outreach to expand your client base through excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients nationwide.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding mortgage products and services.
  • Build rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their needs.
  • Assist clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries, offering solutions and options.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain client information and follow up on leads using our advanced CRM system.
  • Proactively contribute to the growth of the business through excellent customer service.
  • Follow company-specific playbooks and weekly schedules.
  • Engage with clients to determine the best mortgage products, lock the loan at the point of sale, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages.
  • Ensure compliance with 14-day close requirements and stipulations.
  • Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience.
  • For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required with a willingness to undergo a month of training.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role (mortgage or finance experience is a plus).
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a positive client experience.
  • A basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is an advantage.

SELECTION PROCESS:


  • Initial phone conversation with our Recruiter.
  • Complete an assessment.
  • Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.
  • Final interview with the CEO.

TRAINING:
  • Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Closed on Sundays and Holidays.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:


  • W-2 only
  • Base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position.
