Sales Manager

Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in our dealership's operations. You will oversee the finance and insurance department, ensuring compliance with all regulations while maximizing profitability. Additionally, you will lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Insurance Management:

  • Oversee the F&I department, ensuring all processes comply with legal and dealership policies.
  • Present financing options to customers, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits clearly.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with lenders and ensure competitive rates for customers.
  • Train and mentor F&I staff on compliance, product knowledge, and customer service.

Sales Management:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase dealership revenue.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience as an F&I Manager, Sales Manager, or Hybrid role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of F&I products, processes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Wisconsin sales license
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
