TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates interested in a Personal Finance Specialist position in Pensacola, FL

Job Description:

Provide consumer credit counseling and administer debt management services. Provide information regarding banking products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Compute payment offers to creditors, intervening and negotiating with creditors to extend, consolidate, refinance, and/or restructure credit terms and conditions for debt repayment. Conducts classes and workshops on personal financial management and budgeting to company employees as well as training to Military Command Financial Specialist Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Requirements:

Recent customer service experience, working directly with customers Willingness to help others Professional written and verbal communication skills Quick data entry skills

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite
