Please note that this role is specifically for IBP Solutions US, LLC dba Masonite Architectural, which was separated from Masonite International and was sold on May 14, 2024. IBP Solutions US, LLC dba Masonite Architectural currently operates as a standalone entity.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Oversees and manages all aspects of environmental compliance for the facility

Prepares and/or oversees environmental related permits and plans including but not limited to Title V (FESOP), EPCRA and RCRA

Acts as a resource during environmental related incidents

Implements sustainable facility environmental compliance strategy

Provides continuous oversight for all facility environmental programs

Sustain all environmental related training programs

Represents the facility in interactions with regulatory agencies

Maintains a proficient knowledge of current federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations that may impact operations

Develops facility environmental programs and procedures

Ensures that all environmental related records are complete and accessible

Reviews all process/chemical changes and determine environmental impacts

Conducts “hands on” environmental compliance activities such as hazardous waste and storm water inspections

Partners with Corporate Environmental staff to ensure compliance with corporate policies

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or related field

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years related multi-media environmental compliance experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Extensive technical multi-media environmental experience

Extensive experience in air quality permitting and regulations including Title V (FESOP)

RCRA Large Quantity Generator compliance experience

Experience in designing facility specific compliance documents such as Spill Response & Storm water plans

Experience in designing and delivering various environmental training programs
