SUMMARYSupervise the shift associates in the achieving of cost per case and cases per hour for assigned function.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOther duties may be assigned Assign duties to Lead Man, Selectors, Lift Operators, Freight Handlers, Janitors, and other shift associates. Responsible for monitoring standards of productivity in assigned areas. Ensure on time loading and load security/accuracy. Enforce Warehouse and corporate policy and administer corrective action as outlined in policy and procedures manual. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and corporate sanitation guidelines (OSHA, FDA, EPA, and/or DOT).   Responsible for hiring and training of new associates. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and best practices while performing tasks in a manner that promotes safety at all times. Perform all other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of age. Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEWorking knowledge of distribution systems and procedures. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSOTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSEQUIPMENT USED

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
