There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance.What you will enjoy working onJoin a multi-functional remote team to own our products from top to bottom.Participate in both product discovery and product delivery cycles and have a real impact on the products owned by the team.Collaborate with other specialists and teams to develop new features, APIs, improvements, and fixes to handle our current and future scale.Build new featuresHelp our customers have an awesome experience with our products especially in the areas of subscription, tenant and customer teams management.Required skills and experience3+ years of experience as a QA engineer for a web-based productExcellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STPExperience withwork item tool like JiraKnowledge of SQL queries2+ years of experience as a QA Automation engineer with a strong knowledge of:JS/TS - programming languageMocha/Jest - or any other test runnerSelenium/WDIO or any other tool for E2E testingAxios/Got or any other tool for REST API testingCI/CD processesYou'd be a great fit if youHave a deep understanding of designing, writing, running, maintaining and debugging applications across the whole stack in one or more of the technologies listed above.Enjoy automation testing (50% of our testing), but have experience with manual testing (50% of our testing).Experienced with Cypress or PlaywrightEnjoy being part of a highly collaborative, remote-friendly environment.Have the ability to be self-directed and be effective working independently, yet feel equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.Work well with technical and non-technical people to deliver high-value results, and have excellent verbal communication skillsHave a business-driven approach to software development and are focused on the outcomes rather than outputs.Good attention to visual and logical details, as well as strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written communication skills are critical to this role.Have effective English communication skills, since the company and team are fully remoteTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
