Large-Scale Model Senior Algorithm Expert/Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and participate in the design, experimentation, and iteration of large-scale model algorithms, promoting the implementation of algorithms in practical application scenarios.
  2. Work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to transform algorithmic research outcomes into actual product features, enhancing the technical competitiveness of the company's products.
  3. Keep track of and research the latest developments in the field of large-scale model algorithms, providing strategic technical guidance and decision support for the company.
  4. Cultivate and guide team members to enhance the overall algorithm development capabilities and innovation level of the team.
  5. Participate in internal and external technical exchanges and collaborative projects, increasing the company's visibility and influence in the field of large-scale model algorithms.
  6. Be responsible for writing and publishing academic papers, patents, and technical documents related to algorithms, showcasing the company's research achievements.

Job Requirements:

  1. Hold a doctoral degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or related fields.
  2. Possess a solid theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience in the field of large-scale model algorithms, with internationally leading research outcomes.
  3. Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), with excellent programming and algorithm implementation skills.
  4. Have good team leadership and project management skills, capable of leading the team to complete complex algorithm development tasks.
  5. A strong sense of innovation and problem-solving ability, able to propose effective algorithmic solutions to practical problems.
  6. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
  7. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in publishing high-level academic papers and applying for patents.
