Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a background in staffing agency sales and a strong understanding of the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our staffing services within the engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the engineering industry, including but not limited to:
Oil & Gas, Refinery/Petrochemical, Power, Nuclear, Industrial, Commercial, Construction, Government/Institutional,
Pulp and Paper, Steel Mill, Wastewater, Food/Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Infrastructure - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and HR professionals at client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful placement of engineering talent.
- Present and promote our staffing solutions, highlighting our unique value proposition and ability to meet clients' workforce needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Industry Experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [5] years of experience in staffing agency sales, preferably within the engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines, technologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
