We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Vacation Planners. As a Vacation Planner, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and expert advice to create customized travel itineraries.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.

Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and travel insurance.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and any other travel-related inquiries or issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to listen to clients' needs and preferences and tailor travel recommendations accordingly.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.

Passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
