We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of AI technologies across our organization. You will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering. You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions for our customers, collaborating with our engineering teams and stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Design, develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems for customers
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
  • Train and test AI models to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Communicate complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to support AI model development and training
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and identify potential applications for our products
  • Participate in the development of new AI products and services
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI team members

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in developing and implementing AI technologies
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures and data analysis
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java and C++
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras and PyTorch
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Travel as required for internal meetings or external customer meetings

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision (CV) technologies
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong publication record in AI research journals or conferences
