A day in the life
As an SDE with the AGI team, you will be involved in a blend of designing, implementing, and deploying software components and features while adhering to best design practices.
You will work directly with science team building the next generation of Conversational Assistant agents using LLMs and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI). You'll work independently and collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality software, meeting company standards for security, testability, maintainability, and efficiency. Conducting rapid code reviews and prioritizing operational excellence, you focus on identifying and resolving issues, while driving projects to enhance software quality and efficiency. Committed to continuous improvement, you refine development processes and build positive relationships with peers through constructive dialogue. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent- Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
- 2+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
