As a growth marketer, this role will focus on enhancing the customer experience and increasing retention rates. Responsibilities include strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to engage users and prevent churn.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop tailored retention strategies for different user segments to boost engagement and reduce churn.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using marketing technology tools across multiple channels.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests to evaluate retention tactics and refine campaigns based on performance data.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Implement campaigns to guide users through key stages of their journey, from onboarding to retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction based on customer data.
  • Retention Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key retention metrics, providing updates on campaign performance.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback to understand user preferences and inform retention strategies and product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and launching marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preference for prior retention marketing experience.
