We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Physician Liaison to join our team. As a Physician Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships between our organization and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our services and establish referral networks with physicians, medical offices, and other healthcare providers.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and engage with potential referring physicians and healthcare providers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical offices, and other healthcare professionals

- Educate healthcare providers about our services, programs, and capabilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

- Attend conferences, meetings, and other events to network with healthcare professionals

- Provide ongoing support to physicians and healthcare providers by addressing their questions or concerns

- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, regulations, and advancements in medical practices

- Conduct one on one contacts with potential referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current referral sources

- Utilize educational opportunities to present our clinic to referral sources.

- Manage ongoing communication with patients' medical teams

Requirements:

- Associate degree required.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or other related field strongly preferred.

- Extensive healthcare sales work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

- Valid driver's license.

- Former healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.

- Formal sales training preferred

- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and healthcare practices

- Familiarity with medical systems and standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
