**About the Role:**

As the IT Support Inventory Specialist, your role will be to help the IT team manage and build our inventory processes. Handling everything from purchasing to shipping and receiving, you will own every aspect of our devices' lifecycle. You will collaborate daily with the rest of the IT support team to ensure that our employees are running smoothly 24/7.

**What Youll Do:**

* Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets

* Supports laptop and desktop maintenance, including inventory and software distribution.

* Ship and receive all equipment related to IT operations

* Place orders for new equipment and SaaS licenses

* Reimage laptops for redeployment

**What Were Looking For:**

* 2+ years of experience in a shipping receiving role

* Familiar with Fedex Shipping

* Able to lift 50+ lbs

* Comfortable around technology and willing to learn

* Familiar with IT asset management systems preferred

* Familiarity with Jamf/Intune a plus
