Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Sr. Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and has a proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns.

This role is remote-first and has in-office requirements in Austin, TX . Team members must reside in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
Campaign Management:
  • Create and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Knowledge of display networks (e.g. Google Display Network, Criteo) and display campaign management tools (e.g. DV360, DSP's) a big plus.
Budget Management:
  • Set and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust bids to maintain competitive positions while controlling costs.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to align paid search strategies with overall marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Hybrid work/in-office
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in paid search management.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon sponsored products advertising a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Bing Ads are a plus.
  • Must reside in Texas.
