JOB REQUIREMENTS: When would we like your help: This member needs support for 21 hours per week. Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays: 9am-4pm What can you expect to be doing: Personal Cares: Bathing Toileting Dressing Showering Transfers to wheelchairs and into bed Using a Hoyer lift Benefits: Work for someone that APPRECIATES you Positive working environment Be home every night NO WEEKENDS What are we looking for?: Positive attitude, reliability and hard working candidates encouraged to apply Flexibility Must be willing to have background check completed Valid driver's license *If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
