In-home Caregiver

When would we like your help:
This member needs support for 21 hours per week. Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays: 9am-4pm

Wage: $16/hr

What can you expect to be doing:
Personal Cares:

- Bathing
- Toileting
- Dressing
- Showering
- Transfers to wheelchairs and into bed using a Hoyer lift
- Catheter care is needed

What are we looking for?:

- Valid driver's license

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Are you comfortable with completing catheter care?
- Are you willing to be trained by the member's sister regarding care needs?
- Do you have experience with personal cares? If so, please explain to what level and experience.
- This member requires personal cares, hoyer lifts/transfers/repositioning/etc. Are you able and willing to provide the level of care the member requires?

**Experience**:

- Catheter care: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Baraboo, WI: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
