Provides administrative support to manager - organize and maintain the model closet and studio. Keep up model wardrobe inventory by preserve apparel maintenance and cleaning, pick up and delivery of apparel samples, dry cleaning, process incoming and outgoing shipments domestic and international. Execute special projects for the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain model closet and studio. Keep up model apparel inventory including laundering of apparel several times weekly, restoration, and dry cleaning.
  • Prepare shipping for events, track apparel packages being sent to and from HQ. Manage all mail and package duties, execute international model apparel orders.
  • Work directly with apparel vendors regarding model wear, branding, etc. Assist in procurement of apparel.
  • Support as needed at local off-site meetings and photo shoots for models
  • Additional duties as assigned in the facilitation of model apparel activities.
Position Requirements:
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in an office setting with a wide variety of administration tasks.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint specifically).


Salary Range: USD 23.60 per hour to USD 27.80 per hour
