Role Description

This is a full-time defense litigation attorney role at atop leading law firm specializing in the defense of public entities and private companies in personal injury, premises liability, and employment matters. The defense litigation attorney will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to law, motions, courts, trials, and depositions. This is a role is based in Irvine, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.

The partners are immediately seeking to hire two associates for this thriving and growing firm.Ideal candidates will have 2-15 years of experience

in personal injury, premises liability, and/or employment law.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in law, motions, courts, trials, and depositions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar (with Good Standing)
  • Prior experience in defense litigation is a plus
