Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Deploy and manage Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored Microsoft solutions.
  • Perform migrations to Azure and Office 365, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft-related incidents and issues.
  • Monitor and optimize Azure and O365 environments for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and implement best practices for Azure and O365.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay abreast of Microsoft product updates, releases, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical incidents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Engineer in an MSP environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with migrations to Azure and Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms and services.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
