Overview:

As a Human Resources/Payroll Representative based in Poland, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and payroll functions within our organization. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR administration and payroll processing, adhering to local labor laws and company policies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Processing: Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies. This includes calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation components.
  2. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans. Handle inquiries from employees regarding their benefits and ensure timely enrollment and termination processes.
  3. HR Administration: Maintain HR records and databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  4. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations in Poland, ensuring that all HR and payroll processes remain compliant. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement any necessary updates.
  5. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR and payroll matters. Handle issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports related to payroll, benefits, and HR metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to management as needed.
  7. Process Improvement: Continuously review and streamline HR and payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Propose and implement improvements to enhance the employee experience and streamline administrative tasks.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processing, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems specifically Enova. UKG Preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
