Our client company is looking to add a

Retail Processing Associate

Responsibilities: Verify and ensure proper compliance of information on banking accounts Prepare and run reports for software maintenance and ensure the quality of reports Correct non-post items Travel to all bank branches to work Provide quality customer service by responding to all customers' requests and inquiries Ensure bank confidentiality through compliance Requirements: High school diploma/GED required Minimum of 2 years retail banking experience required (must have experience opening personal accounts, business accounts, debit cards, IRAs, and CDs) Detail-oriented and excellent verbal and written skills Strong computer skills and ability to multitask Excellent communication etiquette and an outwardly positive, helpful, and professional attitude Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment Work Model: On-Site Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays 8:00 AM-12:00 PM as needed Pay commensurate with related experience Company Description Palmer Group is a premier employment agency.
