Retail Processing Associate

Our client company is looking to add a Retail Processing Associate to its team. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of banking experience. If you want to start a career with a great team, apply today
Responsibilities:
- Verify and ensure proper compliance of information on banking accounts
- Prepare and run reports for software maintenance and ensure the quality of reports
- Correct non-post items
- Travel to all bank branches to work
- Provide quality customer service by responding to all customers' requests and inquiries
- Ensure bank confidentiality through compliance
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 2 years retail banking experience required (must have experience opening personal accounts, business accounts, debit cards, IRAs, and CDs)
- Detail-oriented and excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication etiquette and an outwardly positive, helpful, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays 8:00 AM-12:00 PM as needed
- Pay commensurate with related experience
