Relevant Experience (in Yrs) Minimum 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience
Work experience in the pharma or pharma quality management system

Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience
Experienced with APEX, Lightning slow and LWS (Lightning web component)
Good knowledge of apex classes, apex triggers, batch processes (Advance Apex), etc.
Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL queries
Proficiency with RESTful web services design and documentation
Desirable to have Platform Developer I certification and Platform Developer II certification
Experience in Service, Sales, Marketing & Health cloud implementations
Quality Management (QMS) knowledge under healthcare domain
Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
DevOps/Release management experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Effectively collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources to determine technical and functional requirements
Collaborate with colleagues around design thinking, to bring the customer to the heart of development to deliver great user experience
Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.
Effectively support Technical Process Review sessions and technical UATs
Support data migration and integration activities as required
Co-ordination of team activities in line with departmental objectives and project goals
Supervision and development of staff reporting to them in line with departmental and project goals.
Can Lead and Manage Team at onsite/offshore

Generic Managerial Skills
Strong communication skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language.
Ability to multitask, including ability to understand customer requirements, retrieve relevant information, and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required.
Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required.
Ability to lead and manage team at onsite and/or offshore
Ability to function in a team environment and deliver on team objectives is required.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgement.
